AutoCad Drawing:
Gelander uses AutoCad 2024 to generate Shop Drawings for Approval, Fabrication Drawings and Template Drawings. All drawings showing various design profiles can be emailed in .dwg format.
MIG & TIG Welding:
All of our welders are Certified in MIG & TIG process for Aluminum. Gelander uses MIG to fabricate most rail components using 5356 & 4043 alloy wire. We also use TIG for exposed welds and for penetration using 5356 alloy wire.
Fasteners:
Gelander uses only 304 & 316 Stainless Steel or Aluminum fasteners for assembly of our railing or structural components. We also use 2 part epoxy resins for more structural applications as in side mounted railing systems.
